About the Role

Help organise and run NSEMM events — from community sessions and parent evenings to university recruitment drives. Ideal for students interested in event management, community development, or the charity sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and running NSEMM events and community sessions.
  • Represent NSEMM at university freshers' fairs and volunteer recruitment events.
  • Help coordinate logistics — venues, materials, sign-ups, and communications.
  • Engage with parents, schools, and community organisations.
  • Support outreach activities to raise awareness of NSEMM's services.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a UK university (or recent graduate).
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with the public.
  • Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail.
  • Willingness to attend events in person (Nottingham area).
  • DBS check required (funded by NSEMM).
