About the Role

Help NSEMM measure and communicate its impact. Analyse student progress data, produce reports for trustees and funders, and help us tell the story of the difference we make. Perfect for maths, statistics, data science, or social science students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse student progress and attendance data to identify trends and outcomes.
  • Produce termly impact reports for the Board of Trustees.
  • Support grant applications with evidence and data visualisations.
  • Help design surveys and feedback mechanisms for students and parents.
  • Maintain data quality and suggest improvements to our tracking systems.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a UK university (or recent graduate) — ideally studying maths, statistics, data science, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
  • Good written communication for presenting findings clearly.
  • Attention to detail and respect for data confidentiality.
  • DBS check required (funded by NSEMM).
