About the Role

Support NSEMM's technology systems and help improve our digital tools. Ideal for computer science, software engineering, or IT students wanting real-world experience with production systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to staff and volunteers.
Help test new features and report bugs in NSEMM's web applications.
Assist with system documentation and user guides.
Support data entry, migrations, and system configuration tasks.
Suggest and implement improvements to workflows and processes.

Requirements

Currently enrolled at a UK university (or recent graduate) studying computer science, IT, or a related field.
Comfortable with web-based applications and basic troubleshooting.
Willingness to learn and work methodically.
Good communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
DBS check required (funded by NSEMM).
